If several components are required for a container, we can design and manufacture the complete tooling set. The individual components are matched to the container and the respective machine.
This gives you the tooling components required for one container from a single source.
Containers vary in shape and dimensions. At the same time, the machine defines how the container must be guided, transported and positioned. The tooling is therefore designed for the specific application.

We design and manufacture custom tooling in-house. Our design engineers work directly with production. Adjustments can therefore be implemented without long coordination loops.
We define material and design to suit the container and the respective application. On this basis, we can also realise special solutions outside our standard range.
Because engineering and manufacturing are brought together in one place, we can transfer new requirements into production quickly. This shortens development and production time and enables short lead times, even for customer-specific tooling.

Various shapes and diameters are available for custom star wheel rollers. Depending on the application, we manufacture the rollers from POM or TPU. Special geometries can also be realised.
The choice of material depends on the application and the technical requirements placed on the tooling.
We manufacture star wheel rollers from materials including POM and PU. For other tooling components, we select the material to suit the intended use.
Required material declarations and certificates can be provided on a project basis. This includes, for example, proof of FDA conformity.
The process starts with the data for the container and the machine. On this basis, we design the required tooling and prepare the engineering.
We then select the appropriate material and manufacture the components in-house. Engineering and production coordinate directly with each other throughout the process.
We collect the relevant data on the container, machine and operating conditions.
Based on this information, we design the required components and define their configuration.
The material is selected to match the application and the technical requirements.
Once the design is complete, we manufacture the individual components or the complete tooling set in-house.
Custom tooling components and tooling sets are documented as part of the respective order. If the same tooling is needed again later, the existing project documentation can be used.
Agreed material information and certificates are also assigned to the respective project.
This simplifies the repeat ordering of previously manufactured components.
